Trading as Steve Sweetmore Joinery I have been in business since 1999. However, I'm no spring chicken and we must go back to the early 80's to discover that I served my Carpentry and Joinery Advanced Craft, City and Guilds Apprenticeship at Mansfield based Baggaley Construction. Invaluable experience comes from working for a large building company where the skills of building houses, schools and hospitals are learned.
I owe a debt of gratitude to Baggaley Construction for an all round education in the Building trade. The late 80's was the age of the sub-contractor, where tradesmen could move on to self-employment. I took advantage of this and became self-employed in 1988 and followed the work around.

Laminate or real wood flooring, stairs, doors, pipe boxing, skirting boards, internal studded walls etc. I'm not a Jack of all trades (or master of none). I'm a skilled joiner with a great deal of experience in the building trade and a flair for project management. I have assembled a team of skilled craftsmen that I work with regularly and I project manage their team input into your job.
