Clearly my job wasn't big enough to warrant their attention. Wanted some bits done for my bathroom and was promised a quote the next day. Left it for another few days, didn't get called back so went and collected my stuff. At first they couldn't find it, then said they remembered seeing it as they had been asked to price it up by another colleague. Hadn't bothered so I didn't bother. I keep hearing how I should shop local but then local businesses let me down.
