Pre-Treatment Plant
We design and supply modular pre-treatment plants for degreasing, phosphate coating, and chrome-free processes. Constructed from stainless or mild steel, these systems use recirculation pumps and spray nozzles to prepare surfaces for painting or powder coating. Our solutions ensure consistent quality while adhering to environmental and operational standards.
Powder Coating Systems
Our powder coating systems include manual and automatic spray booths with cyclone or filter units. We integrate equipment from leading suppliers to deliver efficient, durable finishes. Systems are designed for optimal airflow and contamination control, enhancing production efficiency and finish quality for industrial applications.
Conveyor Systems
We provide bespoke conveyor systems for material handling, including belt, roller, and spiral configurations. Using PLC controls and standardised components, our solutions ensure reliability and scalability. Systems are tailored to factory layouts, improving workflow efficiency while reducing maintenance costs across diverse industries.
Plant Relocation
We manage full plant relocations, including dismantling, transportation, and reinstallation. Our team conducts site surveys, coordinates logistics, and commissions systems to ensure seamless transitions. With 30+ years of experience, we minimise downtime while adapting equipment to new operational requirements.
Control Systems
We supply PLC and HMI-based control systems for industrial processes. Using brands like Mitsubishi and Siemens, our engineers design energy-efficient systems with variable speed drives.
