This was my first experience of using Reynolds, having recently moved to the area, and it has been hands down the most enjoyable experience I have ever had in relation to having a car repaired.
Reynolds are specialists in dealing with Teslas and it showed as the car was returned to me looking brand new, not only had they repaired the bodywork but it was valeted inside and out making it a real pleasure to get back. The customer service was also exceptional, I had a flat tyre when looking to go and collect my car and Reynolds quickly changed their plans by committing to deliver it to e instead

Had a brilliant experience with Reynolds of Rushock. They were the nominated Tesla Approved Body shop by my insurers and they were great on all counts. I rang them on the day when I dinged my car and was really impressed with their professionalism and personability. No one really wants to have an accident but when it does happen it's re-assuring to deal with a group of people who are courteous, empathetic, responsive and professional. Once Reynolds had the parts from Tesla, they honoured the agreed timescales to the day. And in the process of sorting out the repairs, it appears they also buffed
