I just got an important document translated and very happy with the result. I would have put 5 stars if it hadn't been for a minor communication glitch between myself and Translayte. I found the prices were competitive, the service very speedy and everything got quickly resolved by Jacques (over the phone) who was efficient and polite. Highly recommend.

The apostilled they get are legit. Other than that, I strongly recommend you do not book them when you're in a hurry or expect a structured process. I ve booked several of their services due to lack of local options during the pandemic and it's been unreliable for the most part. I booked translations with paying extra for 'urgent', they would not deliver in time. They would ignore feedback/ missing input after recieving translations so I had to give it again. I got another translation in time but the language in the title of the cover letter was wrong, they offered to replace it, I never got the

Absolutely brilliant service from Translayte. I get quite nervous sending important documents and getting it right, but this was very straight forward. If I had a question, I would email and they are very quick at responding. Sent my dads UK death certificate to be apostilled/legalised and theyve translated and stamped everything perfectly. I will definitely use them again when I have to get my sons birth certificate translated too.
