Ascot Structures

Since our inception in January 1999, we have grown from a modest two-person operation to a team of 30 experienced professionals managing over 40,000m of the latest high specification tents and marquees including our innovative Bamboo structure. Our commitment to excellence is evident in every aspect of our work, from our state-of-the-art fabrication facilities to our exceptional Health & Safety record that spans two decades. As specialists in temporary structures for corporate events, VIP hospitality, conferences, weddings, sporting events and disaster recovery, we combine innovative design with expert project management to deliver solutions that exceed expectations. Our reputation has been built on uncompromising standards, with our directors maintaining full ownership to ensure every decision prioritizes client needs and upholds our hard-earned reputation. With an extensive fleet of 40 articulated trucks, comprehensive in-house manufacturing capabilities, and a team of CSCS-certified professionals fully trained in First Aid and Health & Safety, we guarantee reliable delivery of the highest quality temporary structures.

Our unique product range includes the pioneering Orangery, the multi-angled Polygon, the glass-panelled Vision, the environmentally conscious Bamboo, and our versatile A Frame and Chalet systems, all designed to meet the most demanding requirements. Through continuous research and development, we push boundaries in the events industry by introducing cutting-edge solutions that address evolving client needs. Our clients benefit from our exclusive focus on quality, with all staff uniformed to the highest standard and trained to exceptional levels in site etiquette and safety protocols. From concept to completion, we provide end-to-end support for projects ranging from intimate private events to large-scale international sporting occasions, always ensuring our structures enhance rather than compromise the environments in which they're installed. This dedication to excellence, innovation and client satisfaction has earned us long-standing relationships with prestigious clients including the Grove, BBC Proms in the Park and Festival Republic.
