For me one of the best ways to decide post wedding on how good someone was is to ask - if you did it all over again, would you re-use them? Definitely. Florida provided us with two marquees for our wedding, a dancefloor, a generator and much more. The entire process was phenomenal. Rachael was always pleasant and easy to deal with, and when Paul and the lads were on site they we're efficient and professional. Great team and can't recommend them enough. We can't praise nor thank Rachel, Paul and all the team at Florida Marquees highly enough for everything they have done to rescue our daughter's wedding when the original venue - that we had been planning with for over 2 years - cancelled at the last minute.
Rachel's fantastic customer service skills, professionalism and attention to detail [even when under enormous pressure] immediately reassured us that we were in the safest hands. My husband and I were blown away by Florida Marquees service. We had a cancellation of our original wedding, and at short notice they managed to make sure our day went ahead in style with a beautiful marquee. The customer service was second to none, checking in at every stage and allowing us to choose a marquee and details to suit us and our wedding. So professional, reassuring and friendly down to the last detail. Everyone at the wedding commented on how special the marquee was. We cant thank the team enough and would recommend them to anyone. Florida Marquees were amazing to work with. We had a difficult spot in which to place a marquee for our wedding, but the team had an incredible can-do attitude and the end result was fantastic. Florida Marquees Yorkshire Ltd provided us with a marquee for an Army Cadet Force Function, they where very professional and helpful cam and looked at the area of where the marquee was to be erected. After a confusion of dates (fault was ours) they still provided us with the facility and I can't thank them enough for being as flexible as they were. Would highly recommend these and we will be using them for future events.
