Incredible service. Though I had to go private, the treatment plan was impeccable, the extra of a front tooth (the most important IMO), follow up & the hygienist (Wow! What she achieved!& I could have fallen asleep during z). Brilliant Dental service but expensive & understand why

I cannot thank Gurdeep and Paula enough, today I had my wisdom tooth removed that I've suffered with for 2 years and like many people I'm terrified of the dentist. After being fobbed off countless times by my regular dentist I decided to refer myself to refine dentist and pay privately, the best decision I have ever made, they really do make you feel at ease and give you the best treatment available. I am sharing this information I suffer badly with a serious health condition, and was classed as severe vulnerable person during lockdown. I tried twice to alter my appointment that they are classing as missed appointment. I was just following government guidelines
Today I have pneumonia and pleurisy ask if they could move my appointment to be told that I have been thrown of their service I find this very stressful and will be contacting cqc.. What poor standard of service

Absolutely brilliant, I am an extremely nervous person when it comes to the dentist, when I panicked when in the room Gurdeep calmed me down immediately. Very comforting and quick and pain free. Would 100% recommend
