Police Station

If you are under arrest we can represent you at the police station free of charge. You should not answer any police questions without having a Solicitor present. A friend or relative of someone detained at the police station may be able to instruct us on your behalf. Some of the most important decisions made in relation to a case are made at the police station stage.
Magistrates Court

All criminal cases start in the Magistrates Court. We are experts in representing persons who are due to appear at the Magistrates Court / Youth Court and have experience of all types of criminal cases. We will guide you through any prosecution you may face, helping you obtain legal aid and offering value for money representation where it is needed.

Court Of Appeal

All defendants have an automatic right of an appeal by way of a re-hearing in relation to any conviction or sentence if your case meets the merits. Defendants who are convicted and sentenced at a Magistrates Court can appeal to the Crown Court. Defendants who are convicted and sentenced at the Crown Court can appeal to the Court of Appeal.
Motoring Offences

Initially we are duty bound to discuss and consider whether you will qualify for legal aid. If you qualify for legal aid, there is no charge for the work we carry out on your behalf. In all other cases, we charge 400 plus VAT for representation in relation to summary-only motoring offences at Magistrates Courts in the Leicestershire area.
