Ruth obtained a law degree (LLB Honours) from the University of Northampton and obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Oxford Institute of Legal Practice. Ruth specialises in Family and Immigration Law. With over 10 years' legal experience, Ruth has developed a very good rapport with all her clients.

She is passionate about her work and will work closely with you to ensure the best outcome in your case. Ruth is compassionate and has a deep understanding that any legal process, especially one relating to relationship breakdown and children issues can be stressful and draining. Dealing with issues where the Respondent cannot be traced or has refused to acknowledge service of the divorce petition. Before you can issue a divorce petition, you must have been married for at least 1 year and you must satisfy the court that your marriage has broken down irretrievably.
