Georgina has been extremely professional and efficient whilst helping us find a rental property. She was extremely quick to respond to our requests and queries and her colleague Hannah in the Newcastle office was also polite and courteous. I would highly recommend and if I had a property to lease in Newcastle I would most definitely use their services.

These clowns showed up at my property all year round for viewings, each and every time without 24-hours notice, going as far as to unlock the front door and letting themselves in before even knocking. Unresponsive, unhelpful and unprofessional. I was contacted after my tenancy had already ended, with them making empty promises to "resolve any issues" I had, which at that point was honestly pointless given that I had already moved out, but I did not hear back from them after that apart from a sad email requesting for me to remove my 1 star rating from Google.

I put my house on the market with Bricks & Mortar at the height of the pandemic. The service was excellent from start to finish. Even more so because of the trying times. The staff went out of their way to help me and were brilliant the whole time. The photos Claire took were outstanding quality and my house sold within a matter of weeks for higher than the asking price. Overall an excellent service and I highly recommend. Thank you to everyone involved in the whole process especially Claire Scott who was amazing from the very start.
