We have twice rented properties through Exeter Property and theyve been brilliant. Always quick to respond to any issues that arose and easy to communicate with. If I was renting in the Exeter area again Id look for their properties first every time.

I used Exeter Property both as a tenant and then later as a landlord, both experiences were brilliant. As a tenant I found their service fantastic, the property was really well kept, so there were almost never issues and any that did arise were dealt with really quickly and effectively.
Later, when I owned a property but had to leave the area and so wanted to rent it out, Exeter property were the first people I called given how great my experience of them had already been - again they were great.
