
I combine my sound therapy and yoga, Pilates and ballet movement studies with my studies of the neuroscience and physiology of emotion, pain and trauma to inform my classes, courses and one to one work - all of which have empowerment at their core. I honour the rich tradition of yoga as taught in the Ashtanga lineage and teach true to the tradition. About Soundbaths

What is a Soundbath? Soundbaths are an incredibly powerful method of releasing physical and mental tension and stress and finding deep calm and crystal clear clarity. The sound part of a Soundbath usually lasts for one hour. You will lay down, wrapped in a blanket and with an eye mask while the Soundbath practitioner plays Himalayan bowls, crystal singing bowls, chimes and percussion that are played in such a way as to be deeply relaxing.
