Modest & Direct Cremation Pricing

Our lower cost option with defined staff restrictions, which allow us to keep the costings down but we do guarantee to provide our usual outstanding levels of care and standards for your loved one. All administration, support and guidance and completion of all documentation liaising with all third parties.
Terms Of Business
Report
A rate of 1.5% above our bank's base rate from time to time in force; Calculated (on a weekly basis) from the date of our account until payment. We may recover all reasonable costs of taking legal action to recover the full amount. As a professional company we must adhere to a Code of Practice that is put in place by the Professional Associations that we are members of.
Where To Start
Report
No time can be arranged for a funeral until the form has been issued from the registrars and brought to the funeral director. However preliminary arrangements can still be made with the funeral director prior to registering the death. If the death has occurred in Scotland, it can be registered at any registrar's office in Scotland.
Death At Home
Report
After you have phoned the doctor, phone us on 01592 652133, We will answer the phone at any time of day or night, every day of the year. You don't have to wait until you have the medical certificate to do this. If the deceased is to be cremated, the doctor will arrange for the signature of a second doctor required to complete the cremation certificate.
Death At Hospital
Report
If the death occurs in hospital, the hospital staff or the police (if death was accidental) will contact the person named by the deceased as next of kin. This may be, but need not be, a relative. If you have been named as next of kin they will arrange a convenient time for you to attend the hospital.
