Amalfi Lounge, like any good restaurant, has a story to tell - a tale of love, international relationships and a passion for Italian cuisine. The story started with our grandfather, Eduardo Salza, pictured here on the left with some of his friends, a native of Southern Italy and a resident of a small town on the Amalfi Coast.
A passionate man, true to his nature, he was obsessed with quality and simplicity. He insisted on taking the time to prepare and enjoy food with a philosophy that three ingredients is often all that's required to create a great dish. Our father, the original founder and business brain, established the Godfather Pizza House back in 1990.
