Absolutely outstanding hotel with amazing service. Impeccably clean throughout (and I own a cleaning business so that's saying something!) The food was beautiful, staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was beautiful. Thank you to all the staff, you made our stay so relaxed and comfortable. We have already booked again! Always book direct with the hotel, they will better the price than on a booking website! Well done and definitely FIVE STAR SERVICE!

The breakfast was lovely......... That was the only thing I could give a positive review for. The room was shoddy. The room door was always left unlocked after the room was serviced each day. Window frames need replacement.
Mould on bathroom walls
Out of date coffee sachets .. the coffee had hardened in them. The toilet brush bore signs of years of usage in the most unpleasant way. Next time we will go to Holiday Inn.

2 night stay, room was comfy and quiet. Hotel was very clean throughout and staff very friendly and helpful. Good choice of breakfast. City centre only a short walk away and free on-site parking. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Cardiff.

Great hotel, in my opinion if should be a 4 star not a 3. Great breakfast, great staff, great location. Free parking, lovely atmosphere. This is my second visit and it was as good as the first. Just a hint, get a price off one of the booking sites and then give them a call, they'll either match if or better it. Thanks Lincoln Hotel for a great stay.
