Order was out of stock and that wasn't mentioned online. Order came late, paid for shipping. Actual mudguard is okay, trim tools were cheap plastic and part of the vinyl was put on slapdash at best. Luckily the idea of the product is to protect the car, so it's gonna get run down over time. Okay product, bad service, high price. No refund offered except to cancel the entire order.No alcohol wipes in the packaging. I've now had argumentative emails back and forth on the weekend and have been accused of 'trying to trash their business' I've just had a bad experience. This has been edited by me to

I can not speak higher of this company. The customer service and communication was top notch and the products are even better. In todays world of "you get what you pay for", I am very pleased to say the pieces I purchased from carbonwurks are top notch and all around perfect.
