Gorgeous country pub. My partner and I had lunch here and it was just wonderful. We had the spinach and ricotta orzo and the chicken ham and leek pie and both were absolutely delicious. Friendly staff and lovely environment. We will definitely return when we are next in the area.

Fantastic food we visited for my mums 70th birthday and it was the perfect venue to celebrate in style. I ordered a winter salad which was all the flavours of Christmas in a bowl.

A generally lovely experience in an old building. Food was good and the rooms were great. Nice and clean and offered lovely refreshments. A lovely rural setting. In general the site was lovely and was splendidly clean. Breakfast was excellent. The older staff were superb but the younger staff were quite awkward and conversation with them was rather strained. Locals were good company though. Better atmosphere at the Queen Vic over the road, hence only 4 stars. Place was lovely though and lots of parking available.

Excellent food. We have been here a few times and have never been disappointed. Like many restaurants at the moment the staff were rushed off their feet and there were some serving staff who were learning their trade. That didnt impact too highly on a lovely meal.
