Unfortunately we wouldnt recommend Ratcliffe & Bibby after our Conveyancing experience. This was the 2nd time my partner had used them after having a good experience some years ago, we definitely wont be using them again after our most recent experience. An oversight in the process with stamp duty which ended up costing us more money and a lot of stress. Neil did try to resolve it but the damage had already been done.
