We have a private chapel of rest, offering you a peaceful place to pay your final respects. You are welcome to bring in personal items and to be placed in the chapel with your loved one. We have a wide range of memorial stone designs made by granite, marble and stone sculptors. Traditional, executive and junior designs are available to leave an appropriate memorial for your loved one, and headstones can be matched with any kerbs.

At Black Country Funeral Services we offer pre-paid funeral arrangements giving you the option to completely personalise your funeral wishes. Taking the decision to plan your own funeral is thoughtful, and takes some of the heartache off your family whilst they are coming to terms with their loss. These options enable you to give your loved one a dignified, caring and respectful funeral at a cost that is affordable. We also offer a range of bespoke funeral arrangements to suit your needs.
Practical Information

You will need to contact their GP surgery or call the out of hours doctors on 111. The attending doctor will verify the death. Once the doctor has done this, you can contact us as your chosen funeral directors. Within the following days the GP will issue the Medical Certificate of Cause of Death, this will be needed to register the death.
