I am coming towards the end of the three month GutBuster and it has completely transformed me, its been brilliant!. When I started it was shortly after lockdown. I had gained well over two and a half stone and become so unfit that basic things like going to the local shop became an effort. I had everything I needed delivered and barely left the house. The program is tough and also great fun. Initially I found it impossible to keep up with the pace, but I improved at every session, it hasn't taken take long to build up strength and fitness. Group exercise massively helps because you are with a

Two years ago I joined ManAlive for the fitness and I've stayed for the fun. Fantastic challenging outdoor sessions in a format incorporating warming up and down and stretching along with the strength, cardio and conditioning aspects. With superb support from the professional coaches plus encouragement and banter from the other lads it's impossible not to give 100%. My ManAlive sessions are the first things in my diary each week and I cannot remember ever being physically fitter or mentally stronger than now but then I am 68 this year and don't remember much.

6 months in and loving ManAlive. Feeling as fit and strong as I've ever been and it's also improved my posture/alignment that has resolved a long standing back ache I had! It's the only thing I've found that takes a genuinely holistic approach to exercise, giving you a complete workout. The coaches are first class - always providing encouragement and tips to get form right. There's a great group of guys to who push each other along and have fun in the process- your made to feel welcome and comfortable from day 1. It really is one of the best decisions I've made. If you're contemplating joining

This is how in 4.5months, I've gone from being sedentary, to being at my lightest weight in 6years and getting lighter, being the fittest I've been for the last 20years and getting fitter, to taking part in my first wolf run, not to mention challenges I've got lined up in the next few months and having plenty of energy post work to keep up my very young children. Have a look, if you like what you see, get involved and subscribe/like/share/comment to raise the profile of this fantastic opportunity to have an alternative to going through the motions at the gym. All done with Bunch of like minded
