We are currently running a slightly shorter Reception service from 10am-2pm. Outside that time, please either book online, leave us a voicemail or email us and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We are delighted to be sharing our beautiful building with Cheltenham School Of Fine Art, who will be occupying the first floor.

Many of the classes that we held, will still run but will be managed by CFA. We have consolidated our practice rooms into the ground floor of Camargue House. Cheltenham Holistic Health Centre was established in 1981. We are a leading clinic for complementary therapies in Gloucestershire, offering around twenty five different, well-established therapies and conveniently located just a short walk from the centre of Cheltenham.

The Alexander Technique

By identifying and changing the harmful postural habits that often lead to stress and pain, people can be directed towards improved awareness, leading to easier and freer use of the whole self.
Allergy and Intolerance Testing
Report
Reactions to food and drink can cause discomfort for many people. The elimination method can sometimes find the cause of the problem, but often this is inconclusive, particularly if there is more than one food that is causing the problem. Often the quickest route to establish whether there is a true intolerance is with the help of of a test.
