We're always looking for extra people to help us. If you would be interested in working with us as a transcriber, in any language including English, but you don't have adequate demonstrable experience, it may still be possible to register with us by undertaking a test piece. You will need to have some information to hand.

For almost all languages, our costs are based on a rate per 1000 source words (+ VAT for UK-based clients). There are some languages, such as Khmer, where the costs are calculated per 1000 target words. The number of source words relate to the number of words contained in the source document - the document you supply to us for translation.
