Ordered a large 3m x 4.5m commercial grade pop up gazebo, was delivered very quickly but unfortunately a section was broken due to rough handling by the delivery chain. Rang up Gala Tent customer service, their representative was very apologetic and said they would send the replacement part immediately. Next morning parcel arrived with the new part. Overall very good customer service and quality gazebo for a very reasonable price. Thanks from us at Horizon Auto Glazing Ltd

Started a small hot tub business in May 2021 tried gazebos from Amazon and other companies but they were not strong enough. Google this company and they had an onsite showroom. Very nice people every time I spoke to some they tried to help me by understanding what I was wanting and they recommend a colour too to let natural lighting in which was a fantastic idea. Within one month of having the black gazebo, we order another one. We are not 7 months later and we have no issues. Really pleased with the 3m square gazebo we purchased for our garden in the summer of 2021. We found ourselves hosting family and friends more in the garden due to the pandemic. The steel frame is very well built and finished indeed and reliable. It is quite heavy though, so if you're considering transporting it around a lot, which we're not, unless you have a strong helper, you might think about buying the next model up that has an aluminium frame. A really nice coffee colour cover finishes it off. Really great purchase and if you need customer services ask for Julie. She is fantastic at her job

The 3 x 4.5 m gazebo with sides, has been an absolute God send. To make the experience even better, I also got the rain gutters for a side and an end in order to attach the gazebo directly to the house to reduce or prevent any rain ingress. They didnt have the right sizes in stock but sent me the longer ones for the same price as the shorter ones, I managed to fix the gutter to the house wall and the gazebo, thereby making a temporary and covid compliant extension to the house for visitors. A great product and always a prompt and friendly service from this company! Highly recommended!

We always get fantastic comments about our 3m x 3m Gala Gazebo. Customers love the colour and professional set up, staff love how easy it is to put up and down and other traders always ask us where we got it, many have had bad experiences with companies selling on ebay and Amazon so are really impressed by our set up. It's fantastic quality, we had great customer service and advice and everything stays put in all weathers (you obviously need weights which were all supplied!). The quality is the best thing though, even down to the wheely bag supplied. Everything is double if not triple stitched
