Absolutely awful company - balloons were meant to arrive on Saturday and by Monday still not here even though we paid an extra 7 for next day delivery. Daughter's birthday and she could not stay another two days to get them (if they arrive) so we will send a photo and that is all she will see. A complete waste of over 40 and they had the cheek to offer me a credit note for 5. If there was a 'no-star' option they would get this!! Avoid at all costs.....

I ordered about a week in advance from the USA; a small cluster of balloons with some chocolates for my son's 18th birthday, to be delivered in the UK. These 4 balloons were as tall has him! It really surprised him and made his Covid 18th birthday a bit more fun. When I ordered I had a confirmation email that reminded me I would hear from the company just before they shipped. The shipping email came in under a different heading and I didn't know it was the balloon shipment and got worried, but for no reason. In fact 2 emails were in my inbox that they balloons were prepared for shipping and another
