This is one of the cleanest friendliest places I have ever had the privilege of staying in recommend 100%. Breakfast was lovely as well and that was eating through a hangover.

My wife and I stayed here in Stranraer one night towards the end of our two-week road trip around Scotland. Honestly, it was the lowest B&B room rate we paid anywhere on our trip, but you would never have known. The welcome was lovely. We had nicely decorated, comfortable rooms, and enjoyed a great breakfast. There is free street parking right outside. Everywhere in Stranraer is walking distance, and we strolled out for dinner.

What a wonderful guest house!! Typical warm, thoughtful and professional hostess, Elaine, charmed us on our one night stop. Attention to detail is impeccable but absolutely unobtrusive. I am left with this simple wish: that we could have stayed longer!
