Excellent service. They went out of their way to help me with a slightly strange request to purchase materials to complete the mounting of some images into frames I'm making from my mother's old kitchen. I was fully expecting a polite "we don't do that", but quite the reverse, they were happy to assist and spend time on what certainly wouldn't have been the biggest purchase of the day! Thank you. P.S. They also sell some standard size Neilsen frames - (high quality & good value German made) which they don't seem to mention on the website.

Visited shop to obtain prices for multiple mounts to be made. Lady started to price up but as soon as 2 other couples came in for framing actual pictures - ask me hurriedly to move to one side of shop as needed tables, called an assistant from upstairs to serve one couple , lady then totally ignored me and commenced dealing with other couple as obviously their bigger sale was more important than my measly picture mounts - - totally rude , disgusting service - will never return again

I have used this shop once before and both the price for the quality and service was dead on - I had no issue with returning for another gift to be made by them until i got there. I felt the lady was rude, dismissive, abrupt and didn't want to listen my requirements, another staff member overheard this and could see my frustration and had to step in. I felt awkward and offended by her passive aggressive nature. that i could have looked passed to get what i wanted until she revealed the price. i wasn't looking for cheap and had had experience with buying here before so knew what to expect but this
