Ray has been involved in various projects and giving property advice to me since 1993. He is both knowledgeable and approachable. I would highly recommend him to anyone particularly regarding building surveys and identifying property defects. Awful! He submitted a draft report with a really serious error in it. This meant that I couldn't trust the rest of the report and that I ended up having to withdraw my offer on the house.

Very good and helpful service. I received a draft copy of the report by email the day after Ray had done the survey. Which when purchasing a property, it is very helpful to know asap if there is, or is not, any serious defect in the structure.
