I have started to go to Clare for the last month, for my aniexty and fertility issues. I so wish I had started sooner, it is early days but already feeling the benefits and she is such a lovely lady and makes you feel so at ease. Someone that has suffered from aniexty for many years, new situations and experiences can really worsen my anxiety but from day one I have felt at ease with her and she is so easy to talk too.

It was a pleasure to return back to Clare after the lockdown. Any initial apprehensions I had were quickly dispelled, the session was perfectly managed following all protocols without losing that personal touch.
