Osteopathy
Our osteopathy treatments address back, neck, and joint pain through hands-on techniques including soft tissue work and joint mobilisation. We treat conditions like sciatica, arthritis, and sports injuries while focusing on whole-body health. Patients benefit from personalised treatment plans that combine manual therapy with rehabilitation exercises for long-term improvement.
IDD Therapy
This non-surgical spinal decompression therapy targets disc-related pain using computer-guided technology to relieve nerve pressure. We treat herniated discs, spinal stenosis, and sciatica through controlled decompression sessions combined with rehabilitation. The treatment helps restore spinal function without injections or medication, focusing on natural healing processes.
Shockwave Therapy
Our focused and radial shockwave treatments use high-energy sound waves to accelerate tissue repair for chronic tendon injuries and musculoskeletal conditions. This NICE-approved therapy effectively treats plantar fasciitis, tennis elbow, and shoulder pain while stimulating blood flow and reducing inflammation through targeted acoustic energy application.
Cranial Osteopathy
Specialised cranial osteopathy employs subtle techniques to address headaches, migraines, and postural issues through gentle skull and spine adjustments. This approach focuses on cranial rhythm restoration and nervous system regulation, offering effective relief for tension-related pain and stress-induced musculoskeletal conditions.
EMTT
Extracorporeal Magnetotransduction Therapy uses electromagnetic fields to accelerate tissue repair and reduce inflammation. This non-invasive treatment complements other therapies by enhancing cellular metabolism and promoting faster recovery from soft tissue injuries while improving circulation in targeted treatment areas.

Mark was able to see me within 3 hours of calling, and provide immediate reduction of symptoms in the first 1 hour session. He is happy to provide as much or little treatment as you want, and keen to help you manage your symptoms/issues yourself (rather than insist on lengthy ongoing treatments as some others do). Went back a week later for further… treatment and advice, and feel empowered to manage my issue myself. I hope not to need him again, but if so I won't hesitate to go back to Mark, or recommend him to others. Thanks for being there when needed!

Mark is brilliant at what he does. His fingers somehow zoom in on muscle pain and fix it fast and if there was an award for worlds most inflexible human erm that would be me if it weren't for him. Now I'm… working my down the top 50 :) thanks to him stretching me out on regular basis and the post treatment endorphins are great too.

Mark is really friendly and professional, he has helped me on two occasions, one with my lower back and the next with neck problems due to whiplash, both times I felt listened to and has helped move along the healing process and get me out of pain, I recommend him highly!
