Halton Panelcraft was established in 1994, primarily to provide a full manufacturing service to the control panel industry. Since then we have developed a strong customer base, and have gained in reputation both quality and competitive pricing. We are manufacturers of custom Motor Control Centres (MCC), Wardrobe Enclosures, and Control Desks.
Sheet Metal

Our 14000 square foot production and manufacturing facility includes state of the art CNC punching, cutting and bending machine tools. HPC can also offer a wide range of laser cut components where accuracy is the number one priority. HPC can manufacture and build a large range of electrical control panels, enclosures, MCC cabinets, control desks and boxes in stainless steel, mild steel and aluminium.
Finishing

HPC can offer customers a range of finishes including wet paint spraying, powder coating and galvanising. HPC has a dedicated powder coating facility consisting of a state of the art water wash spray booth which can provide a durable, protective coating in a wide range of colours as well as specialist coatings stipulated by the food processing, water treatment and nuclear industries.
Piping

Halton Panelcraft has a specialist department that can build and install a wide range of piping systems. We have a qualified team of welder/fabricators including Coded Welders who are able to carry out pipe fabrication, both in their workshop and outside at customers sites. HPC are proud of the reputation they have achieved with major companies throughout the UK who demand work to the highest quality levels and industry standards.
Structural Steelwork

HPC are able to fabricate and erect, on site, a wide range of structural steelwork as well as steelwork fabrications and wrought iron gates and railings. HPC can fabricate and erect a wide variety of structural steelwork including large portal frames, staircases, building facades, architectural steelwork, cladding, walkways, mezzanine floors, platforms, balustrades, ladders etc.
