10 / 10 Absolutely outstanding customer service. ALC stepped up big time for us ... our pcr tests went missing so we needed to go to the airport the night before for tests and they changed our booking with 1 hours notice

Drivers think they own the road. Just had one make an absolutely ridiculous u-turn whilst turning a corner in front of me, then gives me the finger because I sounded my horn at him. Certainly wont be using them in the future.
Cannot respond to your reply so Ill edit my review instead.
1. The decent thing would be for your driver to not drive the way they did then flip the finger when someone beeps their horn in frustration.
2. Hard to get a reg number when the vehicle is sideways on to you. Didnt think of noting down the reg before this.
3. Im not a competitor I work at the airport

One of the drivers noticed my car tyre was flat in a car park and offered to fill it for me. It was a really kind gesture and Im glad he helped because theres snow on the ground and a flat tyre is definitely not safe! Didnt catch his name but if his friendliness is anything to go off this company would be a great choice. Impressed! Thanks again!

Extremely racist driver. Myself and 3 other friends were picked up from Manchester airport to go back to Leeds. From the moment the journey started the driver was driving like a complete idiot, tailgating cars ridiculously close, driving 80+ mph for the majority of the motorway and braking very harshly. To top it off this driver was extremely racist. We came to a roundabout where a car had broken down in front of us, the owner was trying to push his car off the roundabout and our driver said "I would've helped him if he was white". I don't know how anyone can be so openly
