We prebooked Mount taxis to take 3 elderly ladies home from a family wedding. The driver who brought them home and was amazing, he arrived on time and was very kind and caring and saw each of them safely indoors.

Do not use this taxi firm, I got a taxi to go from honley to netherton and when the taxi arrived the driver had started the fare at 6!! A 10 minute trip cost nearly 12!! Disgraceful!!!!

I pre booked a taxi forb15min in the future and they charged my card 15 in advance for a 6.20 taxi fare. There was no pre warning in the app about this. If I had said cash then this wouldn't have happened so why with card
