Really helpful, professional people. We had an issue which stopped us trading. With no previous relationship or trading history between myself and BTT they came to site with 2 hours notice. I'm not advertising that they can do this every time but what I am saying is how dedicated they are to their customers and potential customers. As well as generally helping people with their craft. All team members I have dealt with throughout have been so helpful and reassuring. Thanks to the team at BTT but special thanks to Naj, Rob and Shiv.
