This will undoubtedly create some more new challenges, but we have overcome everything thrown at us over the last year, so we are confident we will do it again. We have 22 outside tables, all with parasols, we will have some fire pits/chiminea's in safe areas to create some warmth and atmosphere, but feel free to bring a blanket and wrap up if it's a bit chilly.
NHS test and trace will be in place as per government legislation but this time everyone will have to leave details. The easiest way to do this is to use the QR code which will be displayed on every table. Food, drinks, ordering and payment will all be table service, but customers can come inside to use washroom facilities (following our one way system).

Following our recent refurbishment and redecoration, the inn is even warmer, cosier and more welcoming! Pat and Debs Palmer have a long association with The Hare Arms having met here while working behind its bar in 1987. The couple are excited to continue The Hare's long tradition of good food, speedy, courteous service and comfortable, relaxing atmosphere.

An open fire, comfortable surroundings and welcoming, chatty atmosphere makes it a favourite with locals and visitors alike. The spacious gardens provide seating front and back, with plenty of room for the children to run around and enjoy themselves whilst you enjoy a drink or some lunch in the sunshine. In the Summer many of our customers choose to drink and dine in our gardens, making the most of the sunshine and surroundings that the Hare Arms have to offer.

Roast fillet of salmon, crushed new potatoes with spinach, white wine and cream sauce, fine beans. Grilled chicken breast, grilled goats' cheese, new potato and cherry tomato fricassee, pesto dressing.
