Whether building a 3 bedroom end of terraced house or a 4,000 sq ft 5 bedroom executive home SMI's ethos is the same - exceptional design and build, high quality standards of work and excellent value for money. We undertake new build work on our own projects and for others - all works are signed off by building control and upon completion have 10 year new build insurance warranty which is required by many mortgage lenders.

All councils have similar planning and building control requirements. It is important that your project complies with both planning and building control conditions. We will work with building control to ensure that each stage of your project is properly signed off by your local authority.
