We are incredibly proud to announce that our products have been awarded tremendous recognition by the British Charcuterie Live competition. Amongst many awards we won gold medals for our cured bacon in the free range pancetta category, another gold for our Cooked Ox Tongue and yet another Gold Medal award for our George Stafford Black Pudding.
We are very proud to have received such prestigous recognition especially competing with many of the finest specialist butchers in the UK. Our shop is situated on Front Street in the centre of Arnold a suburb of the fine City of Nottingham. It is a small and friendly family business which has been serving customers since it was formed by my grandfather in 1898. That is some legacy to uphold and it is this dedication to quality and service that has ensured our business has survived many crisise that our Nation has had to endure over the past 122 years.
