I rarely write reviews, but I would like to share my experience. I was sent there by 111 as my tooth broke and I was in a lot of pain. They managed to accommodate me quickly and I paid for my appt over the phone. I am an extremely anxious patient. I have a childhood trauma related to dentist so I avoid it as much as I can. I saw a female dentist called PJ and she was absolutely amazing. She was kind, caring, professional, she listened to me and explained everything that she was going to do. Im so grateful, it was a quick procedure and eventually pain free. I would love to come back and see if

Visited this practise today. The reception team were very friendly.. sadly let down by one of their dentists who refused to allow me to leave the treatment door open while i was being seen., as i am very claustraphobic. I must point out i am aware of current mandatory NHS requirements but as i was not having any treatment just a check on my gum there was no aerosol treatment. The treatment room was in a basement with no windows.. Unfortunatly the dentist in question appeared to lack any understanding of this
condition and should have at least explained te reason why!!

I was referred here for an abscessed tooth by 111. The dentist spent about 30 seconds looking at my tooth and said it was an abscess (already knew that). He then said that he could fix it if I wanted to book in as a private patient as they dont actually do any NHS work. Didnt offer anything else. I felt like my time was wasted and they only take 111 appointments to try and push their private practice. They also make you pay the 23 over the phone before the appointment. They claim its because of covid. But what I received at my appointment wasnt even worth that. I had to call 111 back

Im very grateful to this dental practice for showing kindness, understanding and so needed help in my desperate hour of need. Broken tooth is not a small problem, especially if youre taken off your own dentist list without warning , no other dentists register NHS patients and if you dont earn a lot of money .Thank you so so much!!!
