Having had a bad experience with a previous dentist who were unable to rectify their work which had left me with an uneven bite and exacerbated my TMJ. I had to build up the courage to approach a Prosthodontist in hope that the bad work could be corrected. I have been a patient of Goossens Odendaal for over a year now. My initial appointment, I was warmly and professionally greeted by Reception, a calm welcoming environment. My reconstructive surgery was performed by Inus Goossens who is so gentle and attentive, without doubt, truly genuinely caring about my dental health. I am completely thrilled

I attended Goossens and Odendaal Dental Practice as I wanted to correct some cosmetic issues after my braces were removed. Initially, I considered a dental practice closer to home (I live in Hampshire) but was very disappointed with their service. That's when my orthodontist suggested I try here...and I am delighted that I did. From my very first meeting, I was blown away by the amazing care and service I received. WOW! If ever a visit to the dentist can be called 'pleasurable' this was one! I was recommended to go for root canal treatment to Inus Goossens who is a specialist in this field of dentistry and has very modern equipment with which to do the minute procedures involved. From start to finish the experience was most impressive. The personal medical information was all done ahead of time, the making of the appointment was quick and efficient, I was given a professional and warm greeting from the reception staff and did not have to wait for the appointment to start.

I was referred to Pieter and the team with fairly severe periodontal difficulties, including many gum pockets, up to 11mm in depth. Over the past couple of years, a carefully planned and painlessly executed set of treatments has resulted in me with left with only one 4mm pocket, with the others being back at normal levels. Very high levels of hygiene and CV-19 precautions are routine, backed up by friendly and efficient receptionist support from Theresa, all in spotless, airy and modern surroundings. Thoroughly recommended!

This review is from my partner Helen who first decided to go to Pieter and Inus in December 2015 as she required implants after having a an accident. Considering that she is terrified of needles Pieter,Inus Teresa and the rest of their team made her feel relaxed and reassured before and during treatment. She has had full implants and is very happy with them and still attends for regular check ups. If she could give the whole team 10 stars she would. Thanks for making her happy!!
