Used to like shopping here but the full on covid restrictions still in place make it a really unpleasant experience. Wanted to look at a few items the other day but could only look at what was brought down by the sales assistant - couldn't actually go and look. Seems completely unnecessary in light of the fact that most places have relaxed things a little. Probably wont be going back there in the near future.

Fantastic experience getting the kids shoes sorted for school this morning, made an appointment for 10.30 went in about 10.35 as someone was already in there. When we went in they were apologetic for keeping us waiting, then we had both assistants sorting out the shoes. Very efficient and knowledgeable, both kids sorted and we were back in the car by 11.00. Queried about an order I’ve been waiting for and the lady knew exactly what the delay was and said they will get the delivery before school starts. Definitely use them again.
