The Letting Centre Team were fantastic - the best rental experience I have had over 8 years and 5 properties. very responsive and friendly staff who keep you up to date throughout the whole process and aim to arrange things to fit into your schedule. Cannot recommend them enough - I moved to Carlisle from Brighton June 2021 for a private rental. Huge thanks to Adrian, Jennifer, Katharine Lucy(or Lisa) and the entire team!

As a landlord living abroad, I have limited visibility of the property market but recognize that the Letting Center Carlisle managed not only finding a tenant but also getting quotes to refresh the property before being rented. I have never met the team in person but found their level of service to be very competent and excellent when it comes to response time. In my opinion, having used other letting centers in Carlisle, I would rate this organization as being very committed, focused and taking responsibility of the requests.
