Hallam got me through a very difficult house purchase where the other party's solicitors were radically inefficient (Eaton's, do not use.) Hallam were fast, proactive, explained the steps needed and were pretty cheap in comparison with others. I do recommend them!

We have bought a property before and had a lot of challenges with our solicitor, so this time our priority was easy communication, and Suhail couldn't have been better. He replied to emails within minutes and answered every phone call and question as quickly as he could. House buying is always going to be stressful, but Suhail made the process much more straight forward for us. We would highly recommend him and are so greatful to be in our new home!
