Very impressed with the after-sales service from BBS after the new aircon unit they'd fitted in February developed a fault. This was diagnosed and fully fixed within 24 hours. I can't fault that for customer service during the hottest week of the year! Top marks BBS - very much appreciated.

I would highly recommend Spencer and his team if you are thinking of having air conditioning installed.
Spencer has been professional and easy to deal with from the start. The quote came through quickly and was very competitive and any questions I had were answered straight away. On the day of installation Spencer's team arrived on time and again were extremely professional, polite and respectful of our home. So much effort and care was put into the whole installation that even the outside pipework is beautifully done. We are absolutely thrilled with the outcome and would have no hesitation in
