First impressions, one of the better experiences with Estate Agents Ive had. On first contact over the phone, Arthur House was quick to send me information via email, something I find lacking with several agents working remotely. This struck me as good attention to the customer. He then continued to communicate with me via email or telephone; promptly keeping me well informed. He does go the extra mile by talking slowly on the phone and showing expression in his emails, which gives it a more personalised experience during our interactions.
