We were attended to by Ella and she kindly got our sizes for us and gave us all the information we needed without any pressure. Outstanding service!
Simon and his team rebuilt my engagement ring in platinum for me and made our bespoke wedding rings. All the rings were exactly what we wanted and came back within just a few weeks! Recently re-tipped the settings in my inherited engagement ring and cleaned and polished that and my wedding ring, which they also altered to fit alongside the engagement ring ten years ago when we got married. Quality work and quality service in a super quick turnaround.

Welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Went in for wedding bands with a bespoke etched pattern. Samantha was very helpful in helping us choose the style of ring and precious metal. Would definitely recommend.

So happy I discovered Phelan's Jewellers. The expertise of all the staff along with the excellent customer service makes the experience of buying jewellery extremely special .Their bespoke service is particularly special - I asked Simon Phelan to design and create a necklace to match a ring I had, I was thrilled with the result - so much so that I subsequently asked him to design and create a matching bangle. I would recommend them to anyone that wants to purchase jewellery. I will definitely be visiting them again.

I have previously purchased a few items of jewellery from Phelans. Having had fantastic service from them before and especially the fact that their after care far exceeds any other jewellers I have been to I decided to create a bespoke ring for my girlfriend during lockdown. I cannot fault their service; they were extremely helpful and completely exceeded all of my expectations, especially during these unprecedented and difficult times.
