Firstly, I was sent by Smile Dental Care to this practise because it was difficult to do a root canal treatment due to pain. I went to the main dentist here. He took 10 minutes and examined tooth and his prognosis was tooth extraction rather then completing the root canal. He advised next appointment is in 3 months and by then he felt it wouldnt be worth doing the root canal which I was surprised about. He said there wasnt enough tooth left. I went back to Smile Dental care to discuss this since I wasnt happy at all with the response. He didnt seem to care really. Smile Dental Care

Lack of knowledge from person at reception. Called to book hygienist appointment and clearly informed receptionist that it was a referral from another dentist but was told that I had to pay additional costs for their dentist to take a quick look during hygienist appointment to issue prescription to continue with hygienist. Sounds like a money making scheme. Apparently a prescription/referral from another dentist is not sufficient. Has to be someone from the surgery!

I cannot praise this Dentist practice enough. I am an extremely nervous patient and do not like to visit dentists at all. The receptionist ( I think her name is Rani) is the friendliest and most professional lady. She is always working hard manning the front desk and phones single handedly but still greets you with a smile. Mr Chopra , extracted 2 of my teeth under sedation. He is so gentle and soft spoken that you really feel that you are in good hands. The anaesthasis was also professional. My experience here could not be faulted. Thank you to the wonderful team at the SC dental studio. From

Do not answer the phone, been in hold now for over 30 mins and not spoken to anyone. Terrible service.
