Excellent ,prompt, personal service provided by Chetan Shah in dealing with a sale of a property . The completion took place smoothly, well before the Stamp Duty deadline , only 7/8 weeks from placing on the market. He is very thorough and experienced in dealing with complicated issues. We had a problem tenant who would not leave, applying various techniques to evade eviction. When a straightforward eviction became complicated, despite being on holiday, Chetan Shah of CS Law made every effort to make suitable arrangements to have our matter dealth with efficiently, whilst himself remaining engaged while away.
