My career started in the 80s managing, designing, opening large department stores, some with annual revenues of +65M pa. I moved into strategic operation and marketing, with my last position as a Marketing & Development Director for a FTSE250 (+1B pa Revenues).

Since then, I've started up, sold and even lost business over the last 20 years all of which has allowed me to develop and use my strategic digital marketing skills to help other businesses.MWM was launched 2013 and is now recognised as one the UKs very best digital marketing agencies.
