Joe Egan Solicitors now has four Directors, five Assistant Solicitors, a Trainee Solicitor and several support staff who are currently studying to be Legal Executives. Among the staff there are members of The Law Society Children Panel, Crown Court Advocates, Criminal Duty Solicitors and three former presidents of Bolton Law Society.

Karen joined the firm in 1993 as an office junior and over the last 20 years has worked her way up to become Managing Director of Joe Egan Solicitors. She completed the Ilex course in 1998 becoming a legal executive before going on to qualify as a Solicitor in 2006. Karen currently works in the Conveyancing Department along with being a Criminal Duty Solicitor.
