Mark Copley handled my case and besides succeeding in obtaining a great settlement for me following my car accident, he has also gone above and beyond to obtain some legal work experience for me - as I am currently studying law. Reading others reviews here, it seems we drew the short straw on solicitor and service. It took five weeks from our mothers death to get initial meeting to discuss estate arrangements. Covid aside we found the service to be slow, very little done until chased up by phone and email, and felt treated as a nuisance when we did enquire. Eyebrows were raised by Estate Agent, Insurers and Tax accountants over length of time taken to get house to market, unsolicited choices made over insurance and the validity, time, cost and effort put in to work out the 6 week tax return of the last few weeks
